Source, qualify and execute upon leads to the production of signed management agreements, development, or acquisitions opportunities for Omni Hotels.
Lead efforts for the disposal of hotels.
Sustain and manage a solid flow of new leads into the development pipeline
Develop relationships with third parties including project developers; owners, lenders, design teams, sellers (or brokers) and others to ensure Omni deal flow.
With the assistance of a dedicated analyst, analyze product, market and financial information and model optimal deal and investment structures
Create proformas that accurately reflect the related revenues and expenses of opportunities prior to preparation of final approval documents.
Become an expert on assigned US and International markets.
Work closely with the following Omni departments: Operations, Sales and Marketing, Design, Architecture & Construction, and Legal. Ensure coordination among these groups as projects are underwritten, negotiated and closed.
Provide communication to senior management on status and evaluation of deals in your pipeline.
Compile and complete well-organized project files with appropriate approval forms, financial analysis, key documents and contracts, and external and internal correspondence.
Ability to communicate and present opportunities to ownership.
