Capping Machines for Vials & Bottles

The containers move on an in feed conveyor, the cap is automatically fitted on to the bottle in line with the threads and positioned below the sealing head which automatically performs the sealing operation. They are constructed on sturdy stainless steel frames and storage vessels that allow fast and stable operation with no vibration during sealing. Efficiency is high and the machines achieve an output of up to 250 bottles per minute.

Some of the features placing these equipments above the rest are the use of the special geared motor on the drive, and the adjustable frequency drive for speed regulation.
