Business Description
This position involves working in a technical support capacity at a new Tech Link desk at our clients site offering whereby users are able to gain required support on laptop and mobile devices using the walk in service tech link centre onsite, the support functions will include some contact with VIP support needs.
The position involves monitoring and administering a ticket system ITSM (Service Requests, Incident and
IMAC'S), contacting staff to resolve issues within the office and some field staff repairing devices and solving
software issues and various deskside related tasks but in a walk in service type capacity.
