To cancel your reservation, visit My Travels. You might be eligible for a future credit or a return of your original payment, depending on the ticket type.

By filling out this cancellation form, you can cancel your reservation. We will contact you to inform you if your ticket qualifies for a refund. If your ticket is eligible, the refund will be applied back to your original payment method. It may take us up to seven days to process your request. International tickets might have a different policy.
