In today's busy life, we allow more options and more flexibility with over 500 classes scheduled per week from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m.,7 days a week. We encourage our members to recover as much as they work out with our stretch and therapeutic sessions. Remember your workout is only as good as your recovery.
