Qatar Airways baggage policy specifies the following rules and regulations for checked and carry-on baggage:Checked Baggage:
The number of checked bags and the maximum weight allowed for each bag depends on the ticket class and destination.
Economy class passengers are allowed one checked bag with a maximum weight of 30 kg (66 lb) and maximum dimensions of 158 cm (62 in).
Business and First class passengers are allowed two checked bags, each with a maximum weight of 32 kg (70 lb) and maximum dimensions of 158 cm (62 in).
The total linear dimensions (length + width + height) of each checked bag should not exceed 300 cm (118 in).
Baggage that exceeds the size and weight limits will be subject to excess baggage charges.
Carry-on Baggage:
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item on board, such as a purse or briefcase.
The carry-on bag should not exceed the dimensions of 50 x 37 x 25 cm (20 x 15 x 10 in) and the personal item should fit under the seat in front of you.
The total weight of the carry-on bag and personal item should not exceed 7 kg (15 lb) for all classes of travel.
There are also restrictions on the items that can be carried in the cabin, such as liquids, gels, and aerosols.
