Our Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) teams are responsible for all customer-facing activities, from developing and maintaining the dealer network to managing importers and export partners. Their responsibilities continue through to global sales planning and supply of vehicles to markets, the sales process to customers, and all global customer service and aftersales activities.
The Product Marketing organisation is responsible for ensuring that the products Jaguar Land Rover brings to market are fully optimised for the customers, markets and competitive environments at which they are targeted, in addition to ensuring that they align fully with the long-term brand and business strategy and that they maximise business returns within these parameters. The team agrees individual derivative specifications, prices, volumes and feature take rates with markets and it also maintains definitive, detailed master specification documents.
