Accountable to lead a team responsible for:
•Own the regional launch portfolio in alignment with the Ops Delivery Lifecycle (ODLC) & Launch Excellence Framework (LEF). Oversee as the process owner the lifecycle execution for all launches (per ODLC & LEF) in partnership with the Launch Services & Implementation Mangers. Accountable to validate & align each ODLC control checkpoints across each stage. Owns the XROC alignment on all launch topics.
•Successfully deliver the implementation of new launches (Product, Devices, Programs, Services, Business Models, etc.) on behalf of the Regional Operations Center (ROCs.) Ensure adherence to the Ops Delivery Lifecycle (ODLC) & Launch Excellence Framework (LEF) across all required artifacts and outputs. These launches will align to the current GTM across sellers, tele sales, partner led & direct motions.
