Hello,
Provide Tier II Mission Support Center support for Deployable Joint Command and Control (DJC2) and Navy Enterprise Tactical Command and Control (NETC2) systems. Provide technician–to–technician support, including coordinating with other help desk and service support organizations, as required. Maintain and enter trouble tickets into the ITSM or old Remedy knowledge base. Resolve user problems with all open trouble tickets and maintain trouble ticket maintenance actions. Provide fielding support and guidance on new versions of network hardware and software. Maintain responsibility for installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment support for business processing requirements. Update and validate new information assurance patches, as directed by the mission support center coordinator.
