Business Description
Provide 1st level helpdesk service to answer users’ inquiries regarding computer soft- and hardware operation to resolve problems
Perform office and store IT hardware/software installations
Set up and management of current and new staff (User-Administration/Authorization)
New store and Point of Sale systems set up including on-site installations
Administration of local Windows Server systems (storage, back-up etc.)
General networking duties including PCs and Printers, set up and resolution
Store communication support e.g. Fixed/Mobile Telephony, Broadband (self-managed line order services and administration)
Support of communication and messaging applications e.g. Exchange, Skype
Rollout support for strategic IT-projects e.g. POS, CCTV, WiFi, Windows 10
Work closely with Head Office in Germany on Service Desk, aligning priorities and follow global company guidelines
