Business Description
They will be given full support and training and the role will involve:
• working closely with business areas on system issues and problems, advising on and resolving issues as and when they arise
• proactive management and maintenance of the DMO’s trading systems
• proactive management and maintenance of other applications (in-house developed and 3rd party)
• delivering all aspects of the IT incident management process (IT support, trouble-shooting, fixing, raising change requests etc. as applicable)
• carrying out work as allocated as part of change work (e.g. defining the requirement, reviewing proposed solutions, supporting users)
• maintaining and updating support documentation including trouble-shooting guides
• general business support and guidance as necessary
