Supporting in delivering the planned sales and profitability of across the divisions by managing and optimising departments through effective planning and working with B&M for in season trading
Regular analysis of department performance to maximise commercial opportunities
Working alongside the B&M fuction to ensure a commercial range is offered to the all global customers whilst ensuring both ASOS’ and the Own Buy strategy are adhered to
Through strategic planning and trading of key departments manage the intake and IWT to deliver the stock requirements for the global warehouses
Developing and build strong relationships with all B&M teams, Logistics and IT
Developing best practice and new IT capability to support in the growth and efficiency of the International Planning team
Managing and develop a team including Assistant International Planners and International Administrators.
