The Health Information Exchange (HIE) team is a team within Cerner Population Health Europe, and is responsible for the implementation of a workflow solution that covers areas of connection and integration between the different healthcare economies in the healthcare sector, including primary and secondary care, social care, community, mental health organisations, clinical research and home healthcare.
