Hi there! My name is Fred Kressaty, and I'm an accomplished coach with a focus on empowering people, couples, families, and professionals to create great changes in their lives. My mission is to teach people how to successfully navigate life's obstacles while adhering to their moral principles, therefore enabling them to become "unstuck" from overpowering negative ideas. I think everyone is entitled to a more conscious, meaningful, joyous, and satisfying life. I graduated from Pepperdine University with an MBA, Liberty University with a master's degree in marriage and family counseling, and St. Francis College with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
