Go to http://account.live.com/password... in a web browser.
If you haven’t already logged in to your Hotmail account, enter your current credentials to log in
After that, the change password webpage will open. Simply Type your current password and new password that you want to create in the appropriate columns.
Now, just Save the changes and use your new password to log into the Hotmail account.
