Responsible for program development according to specifications of client.
Issue Client Agreement with the responsibility of collecting payment for program before the program file is routed to Event Production
Develop and maintain business relationships supplier/partner relationships.
Plays an active role with the National Sales Manager to ensure the sales and gross profit goals for their team are met or exceeded.
Develops creative program ideas for client programs that are cost effective and promote client retention.
Provides a communication link between Event Teams and Sales Teams.
Assumes the National Sales Manager's or Director of Sales' role with clients, supplier/partners, etc. when the NSM/DOS is not available or accessible.
Performs site inspections for team as requested.
Assesses program leads according to standards set by team and APRA.
Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual team, department and company meetings.
Keeps NSM or DOS promptly and fully informed of all opportunities and other unusual matters and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken.
Responsible for ensuring that sales tools, tariffs, and resource books are current, complete and available for team to use at any time
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
