Our children have grown up in Cooper City, attended Cooper City schools and participated in sports through the Cooper City Optimist organization. We can honestly say, we know the area! Monico received his real estate license in 2012. Before that he worked as an engineer consulting for the Florida Department of Transportation where he oversaw multi-million dollar construction projects. Lily received her real estate license in 2010. Lily has a background in education where she taught language arts for 10 years and then was an assistant principal for 15 years. We both thoroughly enjoy working with buyers and sellers and helping them through the complex world of real estate transactions.
