• Deliver Business Performance Insight: Collaborate to shift focus from operations to growth and transformation across industries and for public sector in particular. Work across Industry, CISS and with the Public Sector Leads to clarify, rationalize and organize insights and reporting to improve Industry planning and execution by driving analysis and insights to advise Industry and Public Sector Leaders.
• Drive Execution & Resource Management: Plan and drive Public Sector ROB cycles, Planning, and Operational functions to scale, improve, standardize, and accelerate business outcomes. Resource management. Drive process clairty without compromising outcomes.
• Accelerate CISS Landing & Support: Improve ROB discipline and enable coaching culture via standardized meeting rhythms, reports, communications, & coaching frameworks for Modern ROB readiness for Public Sector and related programs.
• Enable Cross-Business Execution Activities: Assist the BDM-Manager, Strategic Initiatives leader to scale programmantic integration, insights and execution, including emerging markets ones, across the Industry group and in the Field.
