The 200-hour yoga teacher training program at the Rishikul Yogshala Rishikesh, India campus is followed by a 300-hour program that takes place over 28 days and 27 nights. Following the completion of your 300 Hours Yoga TTC, you will have 500 total training hours.

At Rishikul Yogshala Rishikesh, we aim to facilitate our students' personal and spiritual development by incorporating in-depth studies of spirituality and yoga into the practices and classes. The curriculum includes the fundamental themes of yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana techniques, pranayama, shat kriya, yoga nidra, and meditation. Our school focuses mostly on Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga techniques for asana practice.
